Why Palate?
Balancing a healthy diet with a busy life is tough, and food waste is an overlooked crisis—43% comes from homes, 40% from businesses, and it drives 8% of human-caused emissions.
Palate offers a transformative solution by tackling both challenges—promoting healthier eating habits while reducing food waste through innovative technology.

Nutritional Innovation
Palate’s patented nutritional slurry contains all essential macros in the right proportions for a healthy body. This slurry is 3D-printed into familiar food shapes—like burgers and pizza—ensuring the texture and color resemble the real thing.
Taste & Smell Simulation
A tiny, rice-grain-sized chip implanted behind the ear interacts with neurons and neurotransmitters to simulate specific flavors, making nutritious food taste exactly how you want it to.
Seamless User Experience
Users receive smart glasses, lenses, or both, serving as their interface with Palate. Through this immersive UI, they can explore, customize, and purchase flavors, transforming the way they experience food.
